1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Polysurface ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. License Terms

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the texture files in accordance with our License Agreement.

This license is perpetual and allows use in unlimited personal and commercial projects. Redistribution of raw texture files is prohibited.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues with a download, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for assistance.

5. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions provide unlimited downloads for the duration of the subscription period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Textures downloaded during your subscription remain licensed for use after cancellation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using automated tools to scrape or download textures
  • Sharing account credentials with third parties
  • Attempting to circumvent security measures
  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Redistributing or reselling texture files

7. Intellectual Property

All textures, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of Polysurface. Your license to use textures does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

Polysurface is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
